I am currently partnered with an exciting and innovative Biotech who are looking for a dynamic Payroll Specialist to join their Finance team on a contract Basis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the entire payroll process for all North American entities.
• Ensures accurate preparation, review, and input of payroll-related items into Payroll systems.
• Handles pay reversals and payroll adjustments to maintain the integrity of employee payroll records.
• Manages Workers' Compensation remittances across all states and provinces, including applying for insurance in new jurisdictions as needed.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducts thorough reviews of payroll documentation using audit reports, making necessary corrections, and securing required approvals.

Experience

• 4 Years of Payroll Experience
• Experience with ADP Workforce
• PCP payroll designation or FPC/CPP designation experience
