About our Client:

One of our partners, who s one of the country s top drywall/ metal framing/ acoustical ceilings contractor that specializes in projects within the Education, Healthcare, Government and Commercial spaces. We re currently looking for qualified Junior and Mid-level Estimators to join their Los Angeles, CA team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and complete bids
• Submit change orders when needed
• Attend pre-bid, pre-award, and progress meetings as required
• Gain new business and maintain current relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• 3+ years minimum estimating commercial drywall & metal framing (acoustical ceilings is a plus)
• Be able to commute to the Los Angeles, CA area or able to relocate there
• Proficient use of OST (On Screen Take-Off) & QuickBid
• Must have bid projects between 500k-50MM in value
