Well established and growing plastics company has an outstanding opportunity available in Southern California for a Plant Manager. This position will have six direct reports and 130 indirect reports. This position offers a very competitive base salary, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in plastics thermoforming and/or extrusion.
• BS degree is preferred.
• Experience in HDPE, LDPE, Polyethylene, or Polypropylene, would be a plus.
