As a Component Cleaner at OEM Remanufacturing, you will be responsible for cleaning incoming RUC cores following receipt to prepare components for cleaning, inspection and quotation. In addition to this, you will play a key role in our contamination control by contributing to housekeeping duties and maintaining cleanliness in your area.

* Correctly and efficiently prep Idler & Roller cores for washing

* Cleaning of cores utilizing a high pressure washer

* Maintain, organize and clean RUC core bank

* Clean parts using Goff machine, Mart washer , Blast booth cabinet including buffing and grinding tools

* Perform other duties as required in production

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of one year related experience

* Strong organizational skills

* Ability to lift and handle material weighing up to 40 pounds

* A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator

* Mechanical aptitude/background an asset

* Experience with powered mobile equipment, jib crane, and power tools would be an asset

* Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a safe manner in all aspects of the organizations policies and procedures

**Note:**

* This posting is for a static weekend shift scheduled Fri, Sat, Sun - 12 hours per day

* The successful candidate may be required to complete training during a Mon - Thurs / Fri weekday shift and will move to weekends once they have sufficient experience

* Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement
